Having satisfied customers is our top priority. We are available for you at any time from Monday to Sunday via email at info@andotherbeauties.com or via WhatsApp . We will respond to your request at the earliest possible time.
  • If one or more of your articles are defective, please contact us before sending them back. In many cases, we will only need a photo of the defect to process the reclamation request. Send us an email at info@andotherbeauties.com or a WhatsApp message with the order number, an explanation of the fault, a photo and we will take care of the issue as soon as possible. 
  • If you have received a different article than the one you ordered, please contact us via email at info@andotherbeauties.com or via WhatsApp before sending it back. We will need to see a couple of pictures, so we know what went wrong and how to act accordingly.
Please contact us as soon as possible if items are missing. We will contact our warehouse and find out what happened with the article(s). Keep in mind that if you ordered a large number of articles or very bulky ones, the orders are normally sent separately to you.
Delivery times at & other beauties can take up to 25 days due to the international shipping. In rare cases, the delivery time can take longer due to national bank holidays in Germany. You can track your order with the received tracking number in the dispatch confirmation email. If your order should not have arrived after 25 days, please contact us via email at info@andotherbeauties.com or WhatsApp with your order number and name. We will take care of your request immediately.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number, which will indicate when the order will be delivered. If you should have further questions, you can contact us via email at info@andotherbeauties.com or via WhatsApp.
Usually, tracking numbers start working from the next day you receive the dispatch confirmation email from us. It is possible that a minor delay has occurred or that it happens to be a German bank holiday, in which case it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking number to start working.
If after 48 hours your tracking number is still not working, please let us know.
Unfortunately, we don't have an express shipping option. We only have the standard shipping, which - unless otherwise stated in a product - will take 15-25 days.
The order transfer system is very fast, so once an order has been placed, we cannot change it in any way. All we can do is cancel it, and only if it has not been processed by our warehouse yet.
If it has been processed by the warehouse already, we cannot cancel the order anymore. If you do not want to receive the article(s), either reject the parcel when the delivery is being made or send back the received article(s). We will inform you once we receive the returned article(s) and you will receive a refund in due course (excluding the return shipping cost).
If you want to cancel an order, please let us know as soon as possible via email at info@andotherbeauties.com or via WhatsApp so we can deal with your request.

If you want to change the delivery address of an order, please let us know as soon as possible so we can deal with your request. If it has been processed by the warehouse already, we cannot change the delivery address anymore.
Unless otherwise stated in a product, the shipping of articles takes from 15 to 25 days. Keep in mind that, being a German company, we follow the German national holiday calendar.
Unfortunately, we do not have an express shipping option, and there is no possibility to ship the articles faster than what is stated on the website.
Shipping is free for all articles and to all markets.
Pack your article(s) securely, then print the return form and put it in your package. If you don't have the original shipping container, use a sturdy box and include padding such as packing bubbles or newspaper. Bear in mind that return costs are to be paid by you, not & other beauties.
Please be aware that we are a German company and the returns must be sent to Germany.
You have 14 days since you received your order to send back the article(s). Within this timeframe, we will gladly refund your total purchase price (excluding the return shipping cost). Please find further information here on our refund policy page.

Yes, you have to pay the shipping costs of the return. However, you can use a courier of your choice.
We only refund the return shipping costs in the case of defective articles or if one or more articles you received is/are not what you ordered. In these cases we need to be informed of the problem before the article is returned. Contact us via email at info@andotherbeauties.com or WhatsApp and send photographs of the article(s) you have received. We will consult with the appropriate team within &OtherBeauties and let you know how to proceed.

At & other beauties we do not exchange article(s), we only accept returns. From the day you receive your order, you have 14 natural days to send any unwanted article(s) back to us. We will inform you once we receive the returned article(s) and you will receive a refund in due course. In the meantime, if you know you want an article in a different size or color to those you ordered the first time, all you need to do is place another order. Please keep in mind that you cannot return used article(s) or article(s) without the original packaging or without the tags.
